Al-Sifaw discusses with the Chairperson of the Board of Directors of the Libyan-Malaysian Chamber of Commerce the provision of facilities for Libyan students.

Tripoli, June 2, 2024 (LANA) - Today, Sunday, the Minister of Technical and Vocational Education, “Yakhlaf Al-Sifaw,” discussed with the Chairperson of the Board of Directors of the Libyan-Malaysian Joint Chamber of Commerce in Malaysia, “Aziza Wath,” ways to enhance cooperation and coordination to provide facilities for Libyan students wishing to complete their higher studies in Malaysia, in the presence of Undersecretary for Intermediate Technical Education Affairs, Dr. Fathi Al-Hassi.

The Ministry of Technical Education stated that the meeting, which was attended by the Honorary Secretary of the Libyan-Malaysian Joint Chamber and the Director of Business Development in the MENA Region, “Zaki Rais,” the Director of the Graduate Studies Department, “Dr. Maher Aburas,” and the Director of the Training and Human Resources Department, “Dr. Jamila Farahat,” focused on the role of The Malaysian side in the field of postgraduate studies and training and providing procedural facilities to Libyan students with regard to postgraduate studies and scientific research, in addition to developing the functional staff of the Ministry of Technical Education and its affiliated institutions with technical and administrative courses supervised by the Malaysian side with the aim of transferring Malaysian expertise and experience to technical education institutions to raise its technical and artistic competence.
