Training program for observers in preparation for the municipal council elections.

Tripoli, May 29, 2024 (LANA) - The External Operations Department of the Registration and External Operations Department of the High Electoral Commission held a training program for coordinators of accreditation of observers in the offices in preparation for the municipal council elections.
The Commission explained that the training, which lasted for two days using remote training techniques and via the “Google Meet” application, included how to register and accredit observers’ procedures and the mechanism for issuing cards using the modern system.
It also included a presentation of accreditation procedures, registration requirements, rights and duties of observers, how the registration system works, how to enter data and prepare reports, in addition to a detailed explanation of the form of the card and how to print it.
