Al-Qubba, November 19, 2023 (LANA) - Speaker of the House of Representatives, Counselor Aguila Saleh, discussed with the UN envoy to Libya, Abdullah Batili, in the city of Al-Qubba today, Sunday, the latest developments in the political situation in Libya.
According to House of Representatives spokesman Abdullah Belhaq, the meeting dealt with the latest developments in the political situation in Libya, most notably the holding of presidential and parliamentary elections and the formation of a unified government that supervises the holding of the elections.
The two sides agreed, according to the spokesman, to take the necessary measures to implement the electoral entitlement in the near future.
