EMSC: Doctors from Egypt and Spain arrive in Libya to treat some of the victims injuries from the Tripoli clashes.

Tripoli, August 20 (Lana) The Emergency Medicine and Support Center (EMSC) announced the arrival of two medical teams from Spain and Egypt to Tripoli to treat those injured as a result of the recent clashes in Tripoli.

The EMSC said on its Facebook page that the Egyptian team consists of consultant doctors specializing in orthopedic surgery and spinal injuries.

The center added that the Spanish medical team began conducting medical examinations and performing operations on the injured in the clinics of the center, within the specialties of general surgery, orthopedics, and plastic and reconstructive surgery.

The clashes that took place last Monday and Tuesday between the 444th Fighting Brigade and the Deterrence Force in Ain Zara and Salah al-Din, south of Tripoli, resulted in about 55 deaths and more than 100 injuries.
