Minister of Economy follows up on preparations to hold the Joint Libyan-Tunisian Higher Committee.

Tripoli, July 11, 2023 (Lana) The Minister of Economy and Trade, Mohamed Al-Hweij, discussed the ongoing preparations for the convening of the joint Libyan-Tunisian Higher Committee during the coming period.
Al-Hweij followed up on the vision of ministries and institutions to enhance cooperation in areas of common interest with Tunisia, highlighting the need to set priorities in areas of cooperation in a way that supports strengthening relations between the two countries.
The meeting was attended by the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the General Federation of Chambers of Commerce, Industry, and Agriculture, the Libyan Tunisian Chamber, and representatives of a number of government ministries, the Libyan Foreign Bank, and the Libyan Tunisian Joint Committee.
