Tripoli, June 17, 2023 (Lana) The Permanent Representative of Libya to the UN, Taher Al-Sonni, reviewed with the Turkish Representative to the UN, Sadat Onal, the latest political developments in Libya.

The meeting, which was held in New York, discussed the efforts made to reach an inclusive consensus on the electoral laws to make the electoral entitlement successful at the end of this year, according to a tweet by Al-Sonni.

Onal stressed Turkey's commitment to support the democratic track with Libyan leadership and ownership, which would support the stability of Libya and the region.
