President of the Supreme Judicial Council is following up on the work and needs of the Public Defense – Tripoli Branch.

Tripoli, January 20, 2023 (LANA - The President of the Supreme Judicial Council, Counselor "Miftah Muhammad Al-Qawi", followed up on the nature of the work of the Public Defense – Tripoli Branch, and the needs that the Supreme Judicial Council can provide.

  This came during his visit yesterday , Thursday morning, to the headquarters of the Public Defense's Branch, of Tripoli, as part of the continuous efforts to monitor the functioning of the judicial authorities and facilities, and to see closely the difficulties and overcome them in an attempt to develop solutions for their components and provide the necessary services so that they can carry out their tasks assigned to them.

  The President of the Supreme Judicial Council, during the meeting held at the branch’s headquarters, in the presence of the two members of the Council, Counselor “Abdullah Al-Haddad” and Counselor “Hassan Youssef”, and the deputy of the Public Defense Department, Counselor “Najia Abdel-Hadi” and the head of the Tripoli Legal Department Branch, Counselor “Abdul Salam Al-Rashdi”, reviewed a number of Issues related to the branch's work with its affiliates and resolving some of the obstacles and bottlenecks it faces

Counselor "Al-Qawi", during his inspection of the branch's facilities and his meeting with members and employees, was briefed on the progress of work with regard to lawsuits, litigation and procedures implemented by the Tripoli Public Defense's Branch.
