UN: Wagner violated international law by laying mines in several civilian areas in Libya.

London 6 November 2022 (Lana) the United Nations revealed that Wagner violated international law by laying mines in several civilian areas in Libya in support of Khalifa Haftar in his aggression against Tripoli ,confirming the existence of about 2000 mercenaries from the Russian company in Libya.
The Guardian Newspapers reported that Wagner has taken an increasingly public role in the foreign policy of Russia and the attack on Ukraine ,as well as it has been implicated in human rights violations in Libya ,Syria, central Africa , Sudan, and Mozambique.
