Tripoli, 2 August 2022 (Lana) U.S. Ambassador and Special Envoy to Libya Richard Norland thanked UN Secretary General Special Adviser on Libya Stephanie Williams for her work over the past years in Libya, calling on Libyans to build on the progress she made during her tenure.
The U.S. Embassy published a tweet by Norland, "We thank Stephanie Williams for her dedication and determination to facilitate a path leading to the elections on behalf of the Libyan people as the UN Secretary-General's Special Adviser on Libya, and we encourage Libyan leaders to build on the progress made during her tenure."
