During his conversation with Norland Pashagha stresses need for sovereign institutions to be kept away of political conflict.
Pulbished on:Tripoli, 19 July 2022 (Lana) The Prime Minister assigned by the House of Representatives Fathi Pashagha stressed need for sovereign institutions to be avoided political conflict, and the importance of maintaining impartiality and transparency in the management of oil wealth.
This came during his conversation yesterday with US Special Envoy and Ambassador to Libya Richard Norland.
Pashagha said in a tweet that he has agreed with the US Ambassador that the use violence is unacceptable ,and resumption of oil production is in the interest of the Libyan people ,and that it requires clear and disciplined mechanisms to manage the oil revenues in accordance to the Libyan law and sovereignty.
Pashagha and Norland renewed their support for all tracks that ensure holding presidential and legislative elections , the most important of which is the implementation of all tasks and outputs of the Joint Military Committee 5+5.
