Tripoli, 2 July 2022 (Lana) The U.S. Embassy in Libya has welcomed Libya's participation along with 11 Arab and European countries in the Phoenix Express 22 exercises.
"The exercises are designed to work together to enhance confidence between participating countries, by promoting mutual understanding and cooperation," the embassy said in a tweet posted to its SMS page.
