Head of GNU Government affirms Libya will only be one governed by constitution and institutions.

Tripoli, 17 February 2022 (Lana) The Head of the Government of National Unity expressed his warmest congratulations to the Libyan people on the occasion of the eleventh anniversary of the February 17 Revolution.
On this glorious anniversary day, we look forward to a promising future that will bring the desired change, ensure a better life for our future generations, and achieve the sacrifices of our revolutionaries for freedom and justice, Al Dbeiba said.
Libya will remain one and governed by a constitution and institutions that will ensure lasting a security, a country that shun off differences and people united on the values of citizenship, he said.
