Speaker of Parliament Says Al Hasi Legal Representative of Administrative Control Authority.

Tripoli, 4 August 2021(Lana) Speaker of Parliament Ageela Saleh addressed a letter to the Head of the Government of National Unity, the Governor of Central Bank of Libya and the Finance Minister telling them that Abdulsalam Al Hasi is the legal representative of the Administrative Control Authority until a decision is taken regarding sovereign posts.

Ageela’s letter dated August 3rd read: ‘pursuant to provisions of Law No. 20 of 2013 regarding the Administrative Control Authority, and decisions issued by the legislature No. 78 of 2013, No. 8 of 2017, and NO. 10 of 2019, Abdulsalam Al Hasi is the legal representative of the Administrative Control Authority until a decision is made regarding the sovereign posts file in accordance with the Political Agreement.’
