Tripoli, 6 February 2021 (Lana) The elected President of the Presidency Council, Mohamed Al-Manfi, pledged that he and the members of the Presidential Council will work in cooperation with the Prime Minister as a single harmonious team, bearing in mind the difficulty of the situation and that the interest of the homeland will be above all else.

In a speech delivered yesterday during a hearing by members of the Dialogue Forum for members of the elected executive authority, Al-Manafi added, "We will strive as a single working group to cooperate with the prime minister, and the council will be representative of all Libyans, without discrimination or exclusion, until the trust is handed over to the people in December 2021.

Al-Manfi reiterated his full commitment to the election dates and the achievement of national reconciliation.
