NATO reaffirms support to Libya and concern about the Russian presence.

'Jens Stoltenberg' yesterday Thursday, renewed his concern of the
"Russian presence" in Libya saying: (NATO is noting the increase of
the Russian presence in the Baltic sea, the black sea and in North
Africa, which is of great concern).
This came in a joint press conference held by Stoltenberg with the
Mauritanian president 'Mahamad Wld al-Ghizwani' in the alliance
headquarters in the Belgium capital Brussels, in which he showed
(NATO's willingness to help Libya in building defense and security
institutions, under acceptable political and security conditions).
