GNA Minister of Transport Meets Director General of Electricity Company.

Tripoli, 7 January 2021(Lana) GNA Minister of Transport Milad Ma'atoug held a meeting with the Director General of the Electricity Company in the presence of the Head of Electricity Department at Tripoli International Airport, and the Head of Ministry of Transport Projects Body and the Head of Airport Projects. According to the Ministry of Transport Communication Office, the meeting focused on technical problems posed by destruction of high voltage cables located in the area of clashes in the last years. The meeting also focused on a mechanism to restore power to Tripoli International Airport, whereby the participants agreed that the electricity network to be installed at the airport would be incorporated into the Airport rehabilitation project. =Lana=
