Tunis, 7 January 2021(Lana) Acting Special Representative of UN Secretary General Stephanie Williams yesterday facilitated the second virtual meeting the Advisory Committee of the Libyan Political Dialogue Forum, where a number of proposals on selection mechanism and the nomination procedures of the executive authority were discussed by the Committee's members. Williams said he admired the 'the constructive and collaborative discussion of the proposals, emphasizing the urgency to break the current impasse and expedite the unification of the executive authority. The participants agreed to continue discussion in the coming days and to meet in person next week in Geneva. =Lana= .
