The President of the Presidency Council and the British Ambassador affirm that the success of the peace process in Libya requires an end to negative foreign interference in the Libyan affairs.

Tripoli, December 10, 2020 (LANA) - The President of the Presidency
Council of the Government of National Accord, Fayez Al-Sarraj, met
today, Thursday, in Tripoli, the United Kingdom's ambassador to
Libya, "Nicholas Hobton".
The meeting, which was attended by the embassy's first secretary,
"Ross Morrison," and the military attaché, "Mark Pavan" discussed
developments in the situation in Libya, in addition to a number of
cooperation files between the two friendly countries, especially with
regard to the contribution of British companies and institutions in
the fields of health, education and investment in human development
and skills development programs.
During the meeting, the British ambassador expressed his country's
support for the peace process in Libya that leads to presidential and
legislative elections. In this regard, the two sides stressed that
the success of this path requires stopping negative foreign
interference in Libyan affairs.
