Tripoli 1 December 2020 (LANA) - The first meeting between
the security working group emanating from the "Berlin Conference" and
the Joint Military Committee (5 +5) identified ways to support the
implementation of the ceasefire agreement. The British Embassy in
Libya said in a tweet posted on its official page on social media

Working Group in November with the United Nations Mission headed by
the first meeting between the group and the Joint Military Committee,
during which means of supporting the implementation of the ceasefire
agreement were identified.
The embassy considered that the current period of the United
Kingdom chair of the working group came at a vital stage in the
Libyan peace process.
According to the tweet, the United Kingdom commends the important
progress resulting from the work of the Joint Military Committee,
while stressing the commitment of all member states of the Berlin
