Williams officially announces: the participants in the Libyan dialogue forum have agreed on December 24th, 2021 to hold elections in Libya.

Tunis, 14 November, 2020 - Lana - The special representative of the
UN secretary general in Libya 'Stephaney Williams', announced Friday
that the participants in the Libyan political dialogue forum have
agreed on the national elections date in Libya, to be in December
24th 2021.
During a press conference 'Williams' said "the 24th of December is
the independence day in Libya, and this day has its symbolism, it's
an important day for the Libyans, and it will also be a decisive day
in Libya's history, because it would be a time and an occasion in
which they could elect their leaders in a democratic way and to renew
the institutions legitimacy".
