UN Secretary-General: Libyan Political Forum held in Tunis represents an opportunity to resolve Libyan differences.

Tunisia, November 9, 2020 (Lana) - The UN Secretary-General, Antonio
Guterres, affirmed that the Libyan political forum held in Tunis
represents an opportunity to resolve the differences of the Libyans,
noting that the future of Libya is greater than any partisan
differences, and that the ball is now in the hands of the
participants of the forum.
The UN Secretary-General, Antonio Guterres, said in a speech
through visual circles broadcast during the opening session of the
forum, that this meeting is not to test the determination of the
participants in it, but to find a solution to the Libya crisis.
Addressing the participants in the dialogue, Guterres said, "Now
it is your turn to achieve a state in which democratic legitimacy is
applied and institutions are respected, calling for the necessity to
adhere to the decision to ban the import of weapons. Guterres
reiterated the readiness of the United Nations to support the future
of the Libyans, in order to achieve security and stability
