He welcomed the participants in this dialogue in order to reach a solution that would be Libyan-Libyan. He said that it is a historic moment that we live today, but it is a date with history, so that we proceed with sincere determination and the will to reach a solution to all obstacles, no matter how complicated all the difficulties and no matter how intense they are. In his speech, the Tunisian president expressed the depth of ties of brotherhood and the strong ties that bind the Libyan and Tunisian people, saying that everything that makes you happy makes us happy, and there is no doubt that we are one people and brothers. No force can divide us. He explained that the solution in Libya is for the Libyan people to regain their full sovereignty over every grain of their soil, in the airspace of Libya, and in its sea ..
