UNSMIL Describes Ghadamis Talks as Positive.

Ghadamis, 3 November 2020(Lana) UN Acting Special Envoy to Libya Stephanie Williams has described the session of talks held by of 5+5 Military Committee in Ghadamis as positive and marked by a national spirit. Lana Correspondent in Ghadamis reported that the UN Envoy has felt that the two parties had a sincere desire to come up with fruitful results. Williams said the 5+5 has now become the Committee of 10, adding that 'what we saw was that the 10 officers had the goodwill to resolve the Libyan crisis.' The UN Envoy said 'eyes are now on the political elite as a whole, not just those who will take part in the Libyan political talks to follow suit, and to bear the historical responsibility to put the interests of their people and country first.' =Lana=
