EU : Parliamentary and Presidential Elections are Key to Solution of Crisis in Libya.

Brussels, 11 October 2020(Lana) The European Union has asserted that members were united behind the Berlin process, stressing the need for parliamentary and presidential elections to be held to end the Libyan crisis. The EU said in a statement that the head of its mission to Libya as well as the Ambassadors of Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, Spain, Sweden and Norway have presented their credentials to the Head of the Government of National Accord. The Ambassadors along with the Charge D'affairs of Holland, Poland, and Hungary have convened meetings with Al Serraj and GNS Foreign Minister Mohamed Siala. They emphasized the need for full participation in all UN-led Berlin process tracks to reach a lasting ceasefire, reunite financial institutions and total lifting of siege of oil exports throughout the country as well resumption of political talks. =Lana=
