Independent Fact-Finding Commission Submits Report on Libya to UN Human Rights Council.

Tripoli, 5 October 2020(Lana) An independent fact-finding
commission assigned by the UN Human Right Council to monitor human
rights violations in Libya was scheduled to submit a verbal report on
Monday to the Council at its 45th ordinary session.
The independent fact-finding commission was set up by the Council
in June for a year, with the aim of investigating human rights
violations throughout Libya from 2016, to prevent a further
deterioration of human rights situation and impunity.
