Borrell and the Turkish Foreign Minister discuss in Malta the implications of the Libyan crisis.

and Foreign Policy in the European Union "Josep Borrell" discussed
with Turkish Foreign Minister "Shawishoglu" the Libyan and Syrian
crises, as well as the peace process in the Middle East.
Borrell described the meeting that took place in Malta on Thursday as
positive, indicating that its content would be discussed during the
informal meeting of European Union foreign ministers scheduled for
the 27th of this month in Berlin, according to the Italian news
agency AKI.
He stressed that establishing good relations between Brussels and
Ankara is in the interest of all parties, adding: "We must deal with
differences through dialogue and avoid unilateral actions."
