Member in the Sudanese Sovereignty Council: We will not fight a war in Libya and our forces are able to protect our western borders with Libya.

Khartoum, July 18, 2020 (Lana) - Member of the Transitional
Sovereignty Council in Sudan, Yasser Al-Atta, announced that his
country will never go to war in Libya even if it comes to assigning
Arab, African or international efforts.
According to the Russian agency "Sputnik", "Atta" stressed that
Khartoum is not looking for wars, but rather wants huge economic
partnerships with neighboring countries.
Regarding the impact of the conflict in Libya on Sudan, the Sudanese
official said that it has a very profound impact, present and future,
and that the government is monitoring the danger inherent in this
conflict, militarily, security, socially, and economically, as well
the army and rapid support are able to protect our western borders
with Libya.
