The Russian and Turkish presidents discuss by phone developments in Libya.

Moscow, July 14, 2020 (Lana) - Russian President Vladimir Putin
discussed Monday the situation in Libya during a phone conversation
with his Turkish counterpart, Recep Erdogan.
The Russian presidency said in a statement that the two presidents
agreed again on the need to end the armed confrontation in Libya
early and return to negotiations on the basis of the decisions of the
Berlin International Conference, held on January 19, which was
approved by Security Council Resolution 2510.
The two sides also agreed to cooperate politically and diplomatically
to solve the Libyan crisis.
