Agreement to Pay January and February Public Servants Salaries.

Tripoli, 16 March 2020(Lana) The Head of Presidency Council of the Government of National Accord Fayez Al Serraj held a meeting on Sunday attended by the Speaker of Parliament Hmuda Siala, the President of the High Council of State Khalid Al Meshri, the Governor of Libyan Central Bank Al Sidiq Al Kabir, the Head of the Audit Office Khalid Shekshek and the Head of Administrative Control Body Suleiman Al Shanti. According to the Council's Communications Office, the meeting focused on political and economic developments and the latest of the military situation in the plan to defend the capital Tripoli. The issue of Libyan nationals stranded abroad after closure of border outlets, to fight CoronaVirus, was discussed. There was also an agreement that state employees' salaries for January and February should be paid promptly. =Lana=
