EU Commission: Situation in Libya Unstable, We Seek Unified European Position on Libyan Crisis.

Rome, January 2020(Lana) A spokesman for the European Commission
Peter Stano has said 'the situation in Libya is deeply unstable.'
Stano was quoted by the Italian news agency Nova as saying
Foreign Ministers have decided to start talks , at the level of
political security committee, on possible re-adjustment of Sofia
Operation, in a bid to ensure control on embargo as best as it could
be.'
'The situation in Libya still is deeply unstable, Stano said
adding 'the Head of EU Foreign Affairs and Security Policy Josep
Borrell yesterday held talks with Turkish Foreign Minister Mevlut
Cavusoglu on developments in Tripoli, because despite international
effort confrontations seemed not ended.'
'We are in need for a unfired European position, to take steps
towards supporting a ceasefire, temporary or permanent, in addition
to enforcing an arms embargo.'
