Algerian President Optimistic About Libya, GNA Declares Non-Participation.

Tebboune has expressed his optimism of success of meeting of foreign
ministers of Libya's neighbouring countries and the Libyan parties to
the conflict, which was held in Algiers on Thursday that it would
reach a settlement of the crisis.
This came in a press conference Tebboune held in the Algerian
capital on Wednesday.
'There is a consensus on what has been proposed by Algeria
regarding Libya to restore peace and security to the country..there
are encouraging signs, including the remarks made by Fayez Al Serraj
and Al Meshri about the role which Algeria can play in solving the
Libyan crisis, Tebboune said in reply to a question over
international response to the Algerian initiative.
Meanwhile, the GNA Foreign Minister Mohamed Siala has announced
that GNA Government would not attend the Algiers. He cited the
attendance of so called Interim Government Foreign Minister as a
reason for his decision.
