UN Secretary General: Hostilities in Libya is rejected and all must support Berlin conference.

Guiterress called on the international community to offer strong
support to Berlin conference on peace in Libya due next Sunday. He
also asked parties to the conflict what he called hostile actions. In
a letter to the Security Council, Guiterress urged warring factions
to comply with the declared cease-fire sponsored by Turkey and Russia
in preparation to make Berlin conference successful designed to unify
the international community to end the conflict and return to the
political process by providing the necessary conditions for
inter-Libyan dialogue.
Guiterress denounced external interferences in the Libyan dispute
which would complicate efforts aimed at finding a peaceful solution
to the crisis. He referred to six themes for Berlin conference which
are ceasing hostilities, arms embargo, Security Sector Reform,
returning to the political process, economic reform, respect of
humanitarian law and human rights law. UN announced earlier that Its
Secretary General is to take Part in Berlin conference.
