Moscow and Madrid Discuss Arms Control and Prospects of Political Solution in Libya.

Moscow, 18 November 2019(Lana) Russian Foreign Ministry said in a
statement that Deputy Foreign Minister Alexander Grushko has had a
meeting with Spanish Foreign Minister Fernando Valenzuela in Madrid.
The Russian Sputnik news agency reported that the two sides
exchanged viewpoints on strategic stability, arms control and
prospects of solving crises particularly in Libya.
However, the meeting was conducted within the framework of a plan
for political consultation made in November 2018 by the Foreign
Ministers of Russia and Spain.
