Tripoli, 27 October 2019(Lana) American Military Command in Africa Africom has announced it destroyed 25% of ISIS terrorists based in Libya in 4 raids. According to media reports, Africom Spokesman Col. Chris Carnes said Saturday ISIS elements were gathering in camps in southern Libya to recruit new elements, adding that we will continue to monitor the situation so that Libya does not become a key base for terrorists again.
