Presidency Council Approves Solution to Issues Part of Misrata-Tawergha Agreement.

Tripoli, 22 October 2019(Lana) The Head of the Presidency Council of the Government of National Accord Fayez Al Serraj on Monday met at the Council headquarters here the Mayor of Misrata Municipality Mustaf Kirwad, and the Mayor of Tawergha Abdul Rahman Al Shakshak, in addition to two members of the Misrata Municipal Council. The meeting, which was also attended by the Undersecretary of the Ministry of Finance Abu Bakr Al Jafal, focused on compensation for victims whereby the President ordered payment of reparations in this case and to take the necessary steps to execute other agreements. According to the Council's Communication Office, the meeting discussed services file and progress made at some projects, and the suspended ones especially in the area of education. The meeting also dealt with the issue of spread of Leishmania, whereby the President said this file should be given due attention. =Lana=
