Interior Ministry Says ISIS Element Detained in Tajoura.

Tripoli, 15 April 2019(Lana) The Interior Ministry has announced
that an element, which it said belonged to terror group ISIS, has
been detained in Tajoura east of the capital.
The detained man called Mohamed Al Hnaid, was known to the
judicial authorities and an arrest warrant for him had been issued by
the Attorney General Office, the Ministry said on its SMS page.
Al Hnaid, a key member of ISIS, locally known as Da'esh, was
seeking to buy highly explosive material known as (C4) on the market,
to use in building a bomb, the Ministry said, indicating that he was
appointed as the Head of Hisbah Divan in Derna, which is responsible
for collecting tax under ISIS system.
He was said to have met with the Emir of ISIS in Derna so called
Abu Mu'ad Al Iraqi, and was also known to have contacts with several
leaders of the terrorist organisation scattered across the desert.
