New York, 10 April 2019(Lana) The UN Security Council is due to
hold a meeting on Wednesday to discuss the latest developments in
Libya.
Diplomatic sources said the UN Special Envoy to Libya Ghasan
Salama would brief the Council on his decision to delay the National
Gathering Conference, which was planned in Ghadamis on the coming
days.
'It is not possible to invite people to attend while guns rattle
and raids staged, Salama said, adding that he would call the meeting
as soon as the conditions were there for it to succeed, and without
exclusion of any one.
