5 Million for Flood-stricken Benghazi. Tripoli, 6 December 2018(Lana) The Presidency Council of the Government of National Accord has issued decision No. 1602 of 2018, allocating LD 3.5 million for the Municipality of Benghazi after the torrential rain which flooded the city. The Decision's first article said the money was to be used to address bottlenecks in the sewer system and rain flooding and the accumulation of rubbish in the streets, and the mount would be deducted from the emergency allocation. The second article of the decision called for the provisions to be implemented from the date of issuance. =Lana=
