UNSMIL Condemns Sabratha Attack.

Tripoli, 5 November 2018(Lana) The UN Support Mission in Libya
has condemned the attack in Sabratha, warning against potential
escalation against civilian institutions and endangering the lives of
civilians.
UNSMIL said in remarks posted to its SMS page that attacking
civilians and civil institutions are an offense under the
International Humanitarian Law.
The elements on the sanctions list are subject to close
monitoring, it said.
