State Minister for Displaced discusses WHO senior official humanitarian role.

Tripoli, 6 May 2018 (Lana) State Minister for Displaced and refugees
discussed with WHO deputy director humanitarian role in the
internally displaced people as well as providing primary medical
services to health care centers used by the displaced.
The meeting held at UN Mission to Libya in Tripoli, in the presence
of head of WHO Office in Libya touched on health support programs to
children, women and the vulnerable groups in the light of scarcity of
resources.
Hellas praised role of the organization in providing mobile clinics,
and medical supplies to hospitals I'm partnership with Ministry of
Health, the latest of which supplies to hospitals in Benghazi.
He also praised the WHO officials to Libya and support to the health
system.
They agreed on further coordination such as exchange of information,
assessing health conditions of the displaced internally and at
municipalities hosting the displaced including illegal migrants by
enhancing capacities of primary health care centers and immunizing
aide workers helping the migrants.
They agreed the program will also include municipalities on southern
Libya.
