President of Presidency Council meets UN envoy to Libya and his deputy for political affairs.

Tripoli, 15 July 2018 (Lana) President of Presidency Council,
Fayez Al sarraj has met UN envoy to Libya, Ghassan Salama and his
deputy for political affairs.
The meeting held at the premises of the Presidency Council
addressed political developments in Libya, the UN officials expressed
satisfaction at the end of oil port crisis at the Oil Crescent
region, and NOC resuming its responsibilities of operations at these
ports, under the exclusive oversight of the GNA according to UN
resolutions.
Salama also welcomed proposal of President of Presidency Council
as expressed in his recent letter to the Chairman of the UN Security
Council to set up an international technical committee under UN
oversight to audit oil revenues and expenditure and transactions of
Libya central banks in Tripoli and Baeda and all other institutions,
offering sound bases for the unity of the central bank.
They agreed in the meeting on the need to held the elections on
sound constitutional bases ending transitional phases to reach stable
political phases.
