President Fayez Al sarraj honours winner number 2 in Dubai Holy Quran Competition.

Fayez Al Sarraj honoured Hamza Al bashir Harsha, who came in second
place in Dubai Holy Quran Competition.
Al Sarraj decorated him and his tutor shields as an incentive
and motivation for other youth to follow suit.
he said Hamza's outstanding performance delighted all Libyans
praising his outstanding representation of his country and also
praised his teacher. Al sarrj voiced support to all those working in
the teaching and memorization of the Holy Quran. Over 100 compotators
took part in Dubai competition which has been held now for over 22
years.
