Al Kabir: We Look Forward to 2018 as Year of Prosperity and Progress.

Tripoli, 1 February 2018(Lana) The Governor of the Central Bank of Libya Al Sidiq Al Kabir has said that the coming period would see a push to boost the economy, industry and the services sector and to re-ignite the private sector as part of a comprehensive plan for all sectors of the economy. The reluctance of the private sector to engage in the economic activity had negatively impacted the economic and financial process, Al Kabir told a workshop held in Tripoli on Thursday. There are efforts being made to revive the economy, Al Kabir said, noting that Libya was bestowed with resources and can rely on its youth, and it looks forward to 2018 to be a prosperous year, Al Kabir said. =Lana=
