British Foreign Secretary condemns two blasts in Benghazi.

Johnson has expressed his country's condemnation of the horrifying
blasts in Benghazi which killed 34 people and injured 40 others. He
stressed that the International Humanitarian Law prohibits the direct
or indiscriminate targeting of civilians and considered a war crime.
Johnson said the UK vigorously condemns the horrifying explosions
in Benghazi killing 34 people and injuring 40 others including women
and children and offer condolences to the families of the victims at
this critical time.
