Libyan Navy Rescues 290 Illegal Migrants North of Garabouli.

Tripoli, 10 December 2017(Lana) Libyan coast guard patrols have
rescued 290 illegal migrants, off the coast of Garabouli, east of
Tripoli.
The migrants of African and Arab nationalities included 23 women
and 28 children and, according to the Coast Guard Spokesman Ayub
Qassem, were found on dinghies north of the town of Garabouli.
The desperate migrants were offered medical and other assistance
before they were handed over to the anti-migration body in Tajoura.
