President of Presidency Council Heads Holds Talks With President of European Council in Abidjan.

Abidjan, 29 November 2017(Lana) The President of Presidency Council Fayez Al Serraj on Tuesday held talks on the sidelines of the Euro-African Summit with the President of the European Council Donald Tusk in the Ivorian capital, Abidjan. Tusk renewed EU support for the Government of National Accord and the Council's effort to bring back stability to the country. He said he appreciated the difficulties facing the GNA in addressing the illegal migration issue, welcoming the announcement by Al Serraj of an enquiry into allegation of violation of migrants rights. Al Serraj praised EU effort to help Libya overcome the current crisis, including assistance for the Libyan Coastal Guard and other Libyan bodies. The two sides discussed issues of common interest and joint coordination to address the issue of migration and trafficking. =Lana=
