President of Presidency Council Receives Foreign Minister of Malta.

Tripoli, 15 October 2017(Lana) The President of the Presidency Council Fayez Al Serraj received here on Tuesday the Foreign Minister of Malta Carmelo Abela who arrived earlier for a visit to Libya. The meeting was attended by the GNA Foreign and International Cooperation Minister Mohamed Siala and the Political Adviser to Al Serraj Al Taher Al Suni. Arbela highlighted the close relationship between the two countries. He said the Government of Malta supported the steps taken by Al Serraj to bring about national reconciliation in Libya. Meanwhile, Alserraj said his governemnt was committed to distinguished relations between Libyan and Malta. The Maltese Minster said his country's embassy would soon reopen and resume work from Tripoli. =Lana=
