Congolese capital hosts African Union High Committee meeting on Libya.

Tripoli, 5 September 2017 (Lana) The Congolese capital
Brazzaville is hosting September 9, African Union High Committee
meeting on Libya under the auspices of the Congolese President Denis
Sasso Ngissau.
Special sources which attended the work of the 3 rd meeting of
the High Committee in Brazzaville said the Congolese President
addressed invitations to all effective parties in Libya.
The same sources said invitations were also extended to ten
African head of states including presidents of Tunisia, Algeria and
Egypt.
The African union summit to be hosted by Congolese capital on
September 9 and be supervised by UNSMIL is to discuss mechanisms to
address the crisis by pushing Libyan sides to dialogue and narrow
differences through national reconciliation and political settlement.
The Arab League Special Representative to Libya, Ambassador Salah
Addeen Al Jamali would attend the meeting on behalf of Arab League
Secretary General who is engaged in the ordinary sessions of the Arab
League.
