Tripoli, 18 December 2016(Lana) The Presidency Council of the Government of National Accord has discussed at an ordinary meeting in Tripoli formation of the an anticipated new government and the mechanism for naming ministers and undersecretaries of the GNA as well as the 2017 budget.
