Tripoli, 03.11.2016 - Lana - Chief of protocol department in the foreign ministry of the national accord government 'NAG' , 'Hassan Swisi' on Wednesday , met with 'Amr-Allah Ashler' , the special envoy of the Turkish president to Libya.
